CarbonX® is a modular skid-based system engineered to recover amine solvents and reduce CO₂ emissions from gas treatment processes. Each unit includes stainless steel packed columns, reboilers, condensers, and solvent reclaiming loops, integrated on a mobile steel frame. Flow capacities range from 5 to 30 m³/day of amine solution, depending on site configuration. The system complies with ASME Section VIII for pressure vessels, API 521/531 for flare and vapor systems, and is aligned with Scope 1 & 2 reporting under GHG Protocol. Real-time monitoring, auto-regeneration cycles, and optional CO₂ liquefaction make CarbonX® a plug-and-play tool for Net Zero alignment. Suitable for both greenfield integration and brownfield retrofits.
