In Depth
Execution scope includes structural repairs, internal tray and packing replacement, nozzle & flange rebuilds, valve retrofitting, line flushing, chemical cleaning, NDT (UT, MPI), and pressure testing. Projects follow API 510/570/650 standards for pressure vessels and piping, with site safety aligned to OSHA and OHSAS 18001. Past deployments include rehabilitation of fuel oil heaters, separator skids, and towers in Iraq and Libya.
