Insulation, HVAC and ventilation available as options
Parallel modules for capacity and future expansion
PRELIMINARY SELECTION
From compact packages to multi-train plants.
These are indicative product-water capacities at 24-hour operation. Final output depends on the actual water, operating temperature, recovery and number of passes.

Published ranges are a starting point for selection. Additional sizes and train arrangements are available on request. Final capacity and guarantees follow the approved project design.
PROCESS & PACKAGE SCOPE
A coordinated system. Clearly defined interfaces.
Pretreatment, pumping, membranes, dosing and controls are selected as a process train. Each package has an agreed boundary for equipment, utilities and site works.
01Feed & pretreatment
02Cartridge filtration
03High-pressure pumping
04RO membrane separation
05Post-treatment & product water
Additional passes, interstage conditioning and SWRO energy recovery are selected according to the water-quality target and plant duty.
PROCESS
Treatment equipment
Membranes, vessels, high-pressure pumps, dosing, clean-in-place equipment and process piping.
CONTROL
Automation & protection
PLC/HMI, pressure, flow and conductivity monitoring, sequencing, alarms and shutdown logic.
MATERIALS
Matched to the duty
Materials selected for chlorides, chemistry, temperature, corrosion exposure and operating pressure.
OPTIONS
Configured for your site
Redundancy, SCADA, product tanks, utility interfaces and concentrate or cleaning-waste handling.
APPLICATIONS
Start with the intended use.
Product-water targets determine the membrane arrangement, pretreatment and finishing stages.
Potable & service water
Desalination with post-treatment and disinfection as required.
Industrial process water
Water quality matched to the production process and client standard.
Remote facilities
Enclosed packages with transport and site utilities coordinated.
Reuse polishing
RO following suitable upstream treatment and feed-water assessment.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you specify a system.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
The required flow, operating hours, complete water analysis, product-water limits, site location and available utilities. Transport constraints, redundancy and discharge requirements also influence the package.
Should we choose skid-mounted or containerized RO?
Skids suit treatment buildings and installations needing flexible access and equipment layout. Enclosures provide an integrated package for outdoor deployment. We compare space, ambient conditions, logistics and maintenance before recommending a format.
Does every system need two or three passes?
No. Additional membrane passes are selected when the conductivity, TDS or boron target requires them. The number of passes is confirmed through feed-water analysis and membrane projection.
Can YORA install and operate the system?
YORA provides installation, commissioning and operation in Jordan, Iraq and the UAE. In other countries, installation supervision and commissioning are available. The service scope is agreed for each project.
Are the published capacities guaranteed?
The datasheet provides indicative selection bands. Final output, recovery, pressure and materials are confirmed against the feed analysis, actual site conditions and approved project datasheet.
