Coarse & high-capacity
Claw, manual bar, rotary bar, cable-operated bar and travelling band screens.
SCREENING & SOLIDS HANDLING
Coarse, fine and specialist screening with coordinated screenings handling for inlet works, intakes and pumping stations.

TECHNOLOGY & CONFIGURATION
Select the debris-removal mechanism before fixing the channel. Solids capture must be balanced against hydraulic head loss, access and the disposal route.
Claw, manual bar, rotary bar, cable-operated bar and travelling band screens.
Multi-rake, step, center-flow and rotary drum screens for downstream protection.
Micro screens for fine separation and channel grinders where reduced-size solids can remain in the flow.

PRELIMINARY SELECTION
Published ranges support initial selection. Final equipment, dimensions, materials and performance commitments follow the confirmed project requirements.
| Representative family | Published selection | Key input |
|---|---|---|
| Claw screen | 200–300 mm bar spacing | Debris load and lifting route |
| Travelling band | 3–10 mm aperture | Flow and submergence |
| Multi-rake | 1–50 mm bar spacing | Width and differential head |
| Step screen | 3 / 5 / 10 mm apertures | Channel velocity |
| Rotary drum | 1–5 mm typical gap | Integrated solids handling |
| Channel grinder | 540–4,270 m³/h | Downstream solids acceptance |
Ranges are indicative and are not universal performance guarantees. Additional sizes and arrangements are available on request. See the product datasheet for the detailed selection basis.
PROCESS & SUPPLY BOUNDARY

COMMON QUESTIONS
No. Grinding reduces debris size but does not remove solids mass. It is appropriate only where the downstream process accepts comminuted solids.
No. Debris loading, opening, channel geometry, water levels, allowable head loss and maintenance access are also required.
